Return for refund
If there is no artificial damage to the products, we can offer a refund for any reason within 7 days after you receive the products on the condition that you need to pay for return shipping. After 7 days from your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If the refund is approved, we will process it within 7 days.
Return for Exchange
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to get a replacement, please feel free to contact us at support@sexvibers.com.

Non-Refundable&Non-Exchange
We cannot provide a refund or an exchange if one of the circumstances happens as below.
- Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us before returning).
- Choose cash on delivery as the return method.
